During recovery and rehabilitation following illness, accident, or surgery, we focus entirely on your specific medical needs. We create your training program following consultation with your doctor or physiotherapist.
Therapeutic personal training is also used to prevent injuries and signs of wear and tear.
- To exercise and strengthen joints (shoulder, knee, hip, spine, mobilization, ...)
- Muscle training (strength, stretching, ...)
Training sessions: 60 to 120 minutes.
